3/4 lb Fresh Fettuccine
4 Tbs Butter
3 Tbsp. Flour
2 cups Milk
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp White Pepper
1 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan
Melt butter in Pan. Add flour stir with wire wisk.
Add milk, pepper and salt.
Add milk, pepper and salt.
Simmer until thick, stirring occasionally.
Stir in 1 cup parmesan Cheese.
Stir in 1 cup parmesan Cheese.
Mix with cooked fettuccine and top with remaining 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
Eat and enjoy!
