Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta

 2 boneless chicken breasts
1 1/4 c. Italian dressing
4 c. torn spinach
1/3 c. feta cheese
8 sun-dried tomatoes packed without oil- chopped
1 loaf focaccia bread, cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/4 c. olive oil
Place chicken and 1 cup salad dressing in a bowl and marinate at  
least 3 hours.
Discard dressing and grill chicken.  Cool and shred.
In a large bowl mix cooked chicken, spinach, feta, and sun-dried  
tomatoes- toss with remaining dressing.
Brush bread with olive oil- grill until crispy.  Serve spinach  
mixture on bread.
