Sue's Strawberry Special - Cupcake recipe!

 Mix for the cupcakes: 

     1 strawberry cake mix

     1 strawberry yogurt

     1 small vanilla pudding

     1 extra egg  

***Then bake as directed on the cake mix. 

Frosting:  mix ingredients with beaters 

     1 TBS softened butter

     1/8 cup milk 

     add powered sugar until you achieve the right consistency

Then mix in: 

     3 to 4 TBS of pureed strawberries

After that is done you can either add milk or more powered sugar to get the right consistency. 

Frost with a knife or pipe it on with a pastry bag to make it look cute!  If you don't have a pastry bag you can use a zip-lock bag with the end cut off.
