In Mosiah chapter three, King Benjamin and his people know of the future birth and ministry of Christ.
We too know of his birth and mission. With this in mind, there is a very beautiful and significant message to us all.
Some members of the Church are constantly too hard on themselves. Perhaps they forget that many of the Temple recommend questions include the phrase, "Are you Striving?", rather than "Are you Perfect?"
A major message to us in this part of King Benjamin's address is that we should allow ourselves "to be happy, to enjoy much, to rejoice."
This is one of the sweet " fruits of the Atonement."
